Current Update – 30 March 2020

We would like to address the rapidly changing Coronavirus (CODIV-19) and how our business, staff
and processes will be handling this situation in uncertain times. We feel a deep-rooted responsibility
for the health and safety of our people, their families and our extended family – keekï Property
Styling clients. In response to COVID-19 we are actively working to ensure the health and safety of
everyone; here’s what we’re doing:

Focus On Cleanliness

In our warehouse and offices we remain focused on cleanliness. In addition to our strict hygiene
standards we have increased the frequency of many cleaning tasks on high-touch surfaces including
reception areas, desks, tables, door handles and bathrooms.
Our stylists will wear protective rubber gloves and use disinfectant spray on surfaces they touch to
ensure cleanliness at all times.

Current Installs

For the current installs that are vendor occupied, we will be wearing gloves on collection of our
installation, and request that once access is granted, to uphold social distancing, vendors are absent
from the home during this collection time. All bedding, linen, towels and soft furnishings will be
laundered and sofas sanitised on return.

Future Installs

Moving forward all vacant installs will proceed as standard.

Unfortunately as of 1st April any future partials (vendor living in the property) installs are on hold for the moment.

No Contact Options

We understand that some of our customers may still be concerned with the constantly evolving
situation which is why we are offering a no contact option for our customers. So for Property
Reviews our sales team and stylists are committed to offering best levels of service while on site –
which is why we are offering no contact option. Where access can be granted, we will review the
property and then discussions can be held over the telephone after the review. This can be
discussed with the consultant in more depth.

Our focus is to maintain a business as usual attitude, while we continue to provide the level of
service our customers have been accustomed to.

These precautionary measures have been taken to limit the potential spread of the virus, to support
our employees in this challenging time and to ensure we maintain our ability to serve you. We
remain vigilant and are monitoring the situation in real time and will respond rapidly when required.
