When can I expect to receive my order?

Please allow the following times, as a general guide:

For stocked items:

Metropolitan areas: Please allow between 10 and 15 working days depending on the size and complexity of your order.
Remote locations: Please allow between 15 and 20 working days depending on the size and complexity of your order.

For furniture and made to order items: As a general guide, most Australian made furniture items on this site take at least 10 weeks to be custom made to your requirements. 

Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please ensure that someone will be present to sign for your parcel upon delivery, alternatively you may provide authority for the parcel to be left without a signature in the notes when you place your order. We highly recommend you have the parcel sent to a work address or an address where there will be someone available to receive the delivery.
