Frequently Asked Questions

Please be assured you will be contacted once your order has been processed and your items are ready for pick up. Pickups from our keekï distribution warehouse and/or keekï store are available between 1:00pm – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

We ship throughout Australia however unfortunately; we are unable to ship overseas. Our policy is to keep you informed. Once your order has been prepared for shipment and ships, you will be notified by one or more of the following ways: email to your nominated email address and/or by telephone.

We ship throughout Australia and we ship orders of various sizes and fragility. To meet these requirements we use a variety of professional carriers. Your location and order size will impact on the speediness we can get your order to you.

Please allow the following times, as a general guide:

For stocked items:
Melbourne metropolitan – within 10 working days for small deliveries.
Melbourne metropolitan – within 15 working days for medium and large deliveries.

For most other metropolitan areas please allow between 10 and 15 working days depending on the size and complexity of your order.

For remote locations please allow between 15 and 20 working days depending on the size and complexity of your order.

For furniture and made to order items: As a general guide, most Australian made furniture items on this site take at least 10 weeks to be custom made to your requirements.  Most imported items, if in stock, will take approximately 4 weeks to arrive into our keekï distribution warehouse. After we receive your order, a keekï representative will contact you by your nominated email address and/or by telephone to notify you of the approximate time it will take for your order to arrive.  Once your order arrives into our keekï distribution warehouse, then please allow the following times for delivering your item:

Melbourne metropolitan – within 5 working days for small deliveries.
Melbourne metropolitan – within 10 working days for medium and large deliveries.

For most other metropolitan areas please allow between 5 and 14 working days depending on the size and complexity of your order.

For remote locations please allow between 10 and 15 working days depending on the size and complexity of your order.

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with consignment information that you can use to track your order. Small orders can be tracked by using the consignment information that will be sent to your email address, together with the link to the appropriate carrier we are using.

For larger orders that require a high level of co-ordination, you will be called in the days leading up to your order being shipped.

Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 5pm.
 For larger and bulky Products, a keekï representative will contact you to organize a delivery date.

Any orders can be collected from our keekï distribution warehouse, at no charge.

Pick up of your order may only occur once all your Products purchased have been paid for in full and funds have cleared with keekï. You should not attempt to pick up any of your Products ordered until you have spoken to a keekï representative who has confirmed that the relevant Products are available for pick up, and that payment for the relevant Products has cleared.

All shipments contain valuable goods. Because of this, our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery. If you will not be at home to accept delivery you may wish to arrange delivery to a neighbor or to your work address. If you choose to ship to your work address do not forget to add that information into your delivery address option.

If you are comfortable with having your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions box when placing your order online.

We are unable to accept any responsibility for your order once delivered if you select this option.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

On the check out page, enter your postcode to get a shipping/delivery cost to your area. For items too large or bulky to be shipped by Australia Post, a keekï representative will contact you within 24 business hours, by your nominated email address and/or by telephone to notify you of further shipping information.

All shipments have freight charges calculated depending on the size of the Product(s), shipping address and access to your home. (Some bulky Products must be delivered by professional furniture personnel and or require 2 to 3 personnel for safety reasons and to ensure you receive a professional service)

Deliveries for non-bulky and non-fragile goods are to your front door only or office reception.

Bulky or fragile goods require a special degree of handling and care. To ensure this, keekï use professional furniture personnel who take extra care when shipping your Products. Your Product(s) will be carefully unloaded and placed in your home or office by one, two or more personnel depending on the Product(s) and access to your home. This service does not include unpacking or rubbish removal.
